Enabling customer support access

Hi,

For security reasons, you do have the ability to block support personnel from logging into your account. However, when contacting support, we highly encourage you to disable this.

To disable Support Access go to:
Settings > Manage My Account > Security. You can turn this back off again once your issue has been resolved.
