Google Apps - number of seat licenses exceeded

Tue, 27 Sep '11 @ 6:12 PM
So far WORKetc has been a pleasure to work with. However, I am seeing something that seems explainable, but I need your help.

From Google apps admin account, I can see on the dashboard that the WORKetc app is installed.
Drilling into the WORKetc app, I see that it is enabled but the icons described in these posts (visible in Gmail interface) do not show up. (KEY PROBLEM)
Noticed in the Google apps dashboard page that there is an "Additional Setup" step. Clicked it, and it tells me:

Your account is already configured
Please click here to sign in and configure settings.

Oh cool. So I click on that link and I get:

Something went wrong.
We are unable to log you in because the number of allowed seat licenses have been exceeded. Please contact your account administrator.

I recall that when I set up the WORKetc trial period (still in effect), I only requested a single 'Employee" account.
I tried logging out of WORKetc web front end to see if that would release the license and then tried this Additional Setup step again from Google but am still getting the above message.
Safe to assume I need more than one "Employee" account to use the openId that the gadget supports?

Otherwise, can you guys give me a hint.

Thanks,
Carl

Hmm. Don't know what I did but the WORKetc interface now appears in Gmail. Cool!

I am having this same issue. I have gone through the setup and everything is identical but in my emails above reply, it says 'You are not logged in to WORKetc. Please click here to sign in via your Google Apps account.' I click and get the same error as above. Please help!

Nevermind. I forgot to update my login email in WorkETC to my new google apps email. :)
