Is there WORKetc reseller in Russia?

Hello!

Is it possible to pay for WORKetc by invoices, not credit card in Russia?
Accounting rules is quite strict here and it is much easier to have expenses on WORKetc in Russian currency paid locally in Russia by invoices.
Is there any reseller which can do this?
