I'm trying to add products to our catalog. Some of our products are hosted software with a setup fee and per-user cost. Is there a way to account for tiered pricing based on user base of 1 - 100, 101 - 500, etc. Thanks.

Hi Christine

When you create (or edit) a product, you should see an option at the end of the page to add a promotional offer. If you click to add an offer you can set the amount of discount and qualifying order quantity. When you create an invoice for this product you will be offered the promotion option also.
