Opportunities - Filter items not present

When you are within an opportunity there is not ability to filter the items you see. A selection of items seems to be shown by default, and for example you cannot see files that have be attached.

Hi Steve. Here is the screenshot from the opportunity screen showing that the "Filter" is missing.



For example in a "To Do" it is available:
