Working with an administrative assistant

Mon, 11 Jan '10 @ 1:52 PM
I am getting some help with my invoicing and thought the best way to do it was to add an 'employee' to my account, which I did. Unfortunately when that person logged in she could not see my work items. Is there a way to give her access to the financial and work sections of my WorkETC site so that she can help me with invoicing? For now I am letting her log in to my main account (which is obviously cheaper) but would prefer her own slightly limited account.

Thanks!

I would really love to get some input on this issue, or find out if this should be escalated as a 'bug'. I went ahead and am paying for an additional employee, but it does not do want I want it to, namely share timesheet and billing info across all clients with an administrative assistant. Any advice on that?

Thank you,
Tom

@T. Moberg, I believe you have to grant your employee access to the projects that you want her to see. For example, if you are working Project A, then you must include her as an employee on Project A. I understand that merely adding an employee does not grant that employee access to every project. You can also control how much information of that project (i.e. Project A) by limiting her privileges under the employee setting. I hope that helps.
