Customisable Main Menu

This is only a small thing, but I find the layout of the main navigation a bit awkward. It doesn't seem to follow the logical progression of business, i.e. Contacts > Leads > Estimates > Work > Calendar > Invoicing... I know this is probably just my own perception. But it would be really nice if we could re-order or fully customise the menu. It would be wonderful if it had a menu builder like it does in Wordpress -particularly if this was hooked up with the user profiles/rights so you could build different menus for different user profiles.

I know this is probably much easier said than done, but it would be a nice UI improvement.
