Need a Manage Subscription menu to edit all subscriptions

The only way I found to go to such a sale is to find it in the Unbilled Charges and turn on the Include Future Items and then select a client and click on the item "view"link and then select "edit in full view".

The open page then has this path displayed: Work > cibEngine half year support fee as per agreement

but I cannot get to this subscription item from the Work menu. Would be nice to have a Manage Subscription menu under Sales or Work and view them all per client and have a direct access to edit them. This is important when I have to review annual increase and have many subscription items to deal with.
