Expand/collapse emails in Activity Stream needs button at top of email

Currently, the expand collapse button for emails in the Activity Stream is located at the "bottom" of the email. This is fine for expanding.

However, after the email is expanded, the collapse button is sometimes located a number of "pages" further down (for long emails).

It would be very helpful to be able to click on the email header area (see "A" on the screenshot below) to toggle the expand/collapse state.
