Notification for API users

Can those of use that use the API extensively for pushing and pulling data to our accounts, get on a notification list when changes get made to the Web Service Methods?

I've had a few cases of something just breaking all of a sudden that had been working fine, due to a new, required value in the method. Most recently, 'Flags' on SetLead, that I didn't need to set before, but now is required.

It always takes a little sleuthing to figure out exactly what it is, and a developer's network would be great to give us a heads up that something's changed. Even just a forum thread might be a good, quick solution, since I can turn on topic watch and get an email.
