Update - How to share leads within your Team

WORKetc has just updated the system to allow for 3 ways in which employees/contractors can handle leads!

The first way is to allow for everyone to see and be able to action and disposition each other’s lead. To setup your leads in this way, simply go to “Settings” --> “Lead Settings”.



With this setting enabled whenever any user goes to “Sales” --> “My Leads”, they will see a dropdown like the one below.



Next, if you’d like for only administrators that you designate to be able to see all leads, then go back to “Settings” --> “Lead Settings”



To set an employee/contractor as a system administrator, simply go to “Contacts” --> “Employees” and click on the employee that you would like to give “System Administrator” privileges to.



After clicking "Save", an Employee or Contractor will be able to see everyone else’s leads.

Lastly, if you would like, you can leave the existing option which makes it so that a user must share their leads with you in order for you to see it. Below is an example of someone using that setting.
