My clients can’t login to my portal.

Hi,

If your clients are reporting that they can’t login to the portal, simply go to “Settings” --> “Contact Settings”.



Now, when they go to your login screen (yourcompanynamehere.worketc.com)
They will see a “register” hyperlink. They can click on that to register.



*Note: if the customer's email address isn't listed in your WORKetc account, then the system will take them to this screen.



**If the customer already has a contact record, then click here to see what they see.

**You can invite a customer to the system by selecting "Invite" when within a contact in the upper right.

Hi,

Please note that for your customers to see a project, you must add them in the "Assigned To" field.
