Please forgive me if this is wrong. 1. What does "limited" permission mean? 2. Is the permission dashboard the highest level in the hierarchy? In other words, if I assign a project to an employee (in the project dashboard) but the employee does not have project permissions, does the project setting or the permission setting win?
