Company Sync Issues

Has anyone else noticed that the company name for our contacts doesn't show up in conflict resolution? Support is working on the issue, but I can't find where anyone else has the same problem so I'm wondering if it's isolated to me. If you use two way sync and you change the company associated with any of your contacts....know what happens? It's doesn't update from Work Etc into Google, then when the contact syncss from Google to Worketc...if the companies don't match, the recently behavior has been either a new company is created in WorkEtc (creating duplicates) or the company is removed from the contact altogether (neither outcome is good). Since we can't see bug reports posted by others, I' thought I would post here to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

Hi Pavel, In the field mapping table([url=http://support.worketc.com/community/docs/321][/url]), I think you have the first line backward. It should be "Title" in WORKetc <-> "Prefix" in Google Contact.

Hi Pavel, Can you also check if auto sync interval of 10~15min is working well? It worked a few times but not always and it is not working at the moment (it seems).

Hi Pavel, Congrats. Google Contact Sync is live now. Company name and title(position) is still not synching from WORKetc to Google Contacts. Can you kindly look into this issue please. Thank you. *** This issue appears to be resolved. Thank you.

Gmail. Google Apps or Google Apps for Business??

I have a gmail account and under my gmail name I currently use all the Google tools (Drive, Contacts, Calendar, etc.) Even after researching I am confused regarding my Gmail account, Google Apps and Google Apps for Business. I want to use the WORKetc Gmail integration and this newer Contact sync. But is my Gmail account enough to use since again, I use it to get into Google Contacts, Calendar, etc. If Gmail is NOT enough, then which of the "Apps" do i NEED for WORKetc? Google Apps or Google Apps for Business? Another question> I like to use best practices and so being a new WORKetc user, I am thinking it'd be best to import my contacts first and then setup projects? And once I do this, I can segment my contacts for use in email campaigns and for webforms pushing them to the CRM correct? Or maybe it all doesnt' matter so much?
