Custom Fields in Web Form

Hi,

Is there a way to include custom fields in the Web Form? I would like to include some custom fields I created for Sales Leads in the form.

Also, I didn't see a "Company" field in the Formatted Fields. Can this be added?

You can add anything you want to the forms, and the data captured will be added to the email, or description of a Sales Lead if generated. Note, however, that this data will make more sense if you include a descriptor alongside the AutoText options ie
Name: [FullName]
Email: [Email]
etc
