The options below are designed to help the time-poor get up and running with the least amount of effort. Remember, we always have a support team ready to help out. You just have to ask.

Get your team together for FREE training (contact support for more information) or register for one of our weekly group training sessions.

One of our product specialists will meet with your team to understand the different roles and how your business works. We’ll then present back to your team best practices on how to get the most out of WORK[etc] for your business and provide you with a video of the presentation for future reference.

We’ll then help you:

1. import your existing data (up to 1000 line records)
2. set up syncing for your calendars and contacts
3. code custom html templates for your invoices and mail lists

Training: Not available with this offer.
Total Hours: Up to 8 hours

One of our product specialists will meet with up to three of your business units or team to understand the different roles and how team in your business works. We’ll then present back to each team best practices on how to get the most out of WORK[etc] for your business and provide you with a video of the presentation for future reference.

We’ll then help you:

1. import your existing data (up to 5000 line records)
2. set up syncing for your calendars and contacts
3. code custom html templates for your invoices and mail lists
4. change settings, permissions and other variables in WORK[etc] to best match requirements

Training: Once you are fully setup, your dedicated specialist will then run up to three separate training sessions, of up to 60 minutes each. You can use the sessions to explore features in more detail or to run a general question & answer session with each of your teams.

Total Hours: Up to 20 hours

One of our product specialists will meet with up to five of your business units or team to understand the different roles and how team in your business works. We’ll then present back to each team best practices on how to get the most out of WORK[etc] for your business and provide you with a video of the presentation for future reference.

We’ll then help you:

1. import your existing data (up to 10,000 line records)
2. set up syncing for your calendars and contacts
3. code custom html templates for your invoices and mail lists
4. change settings, permissions and other variables in WORK[etc] to best match requirements

Training: Once you are fully setup, your dedicated specialist will then run up to five separate training sessions, of up to 60 minutes each. You can use the sessions to explore features in more detail or to run a general question & answer session with each of your teams.

Total Hours: Up to 40 hours

Send us your standard invoice and we’ll code it up in HTML for WORK[etc], making sure all the invoice tags are properly placed and working.

Calendar synching can be tricky when it comes to multiple platforms and devices. Let us take over and work it all out for you.

Important notes on our Consulting offers:

• We can’t clean your data for you! This means you must provide your data in a template format (that we will provide!)
• Consulting packages take between 1 and 4 weeks to complete provided we can arrange meetings with your key people
• All packages expire after 90 days from purchase. It’s no good for your business or ours to stall on this work
• HTML code for newsletters and invoices include 3 rounds of revision working from existing documents
• Because of the tremendous amount of work we put into delivering these packages, there are no refunds offered
