What is it they say? A rolling stone gathers no moss! At WORKetc we're not much for the status quo, and we don't expect our users to be either. That's why we've been busy readying these latest updates and enhancements. And because these are mostly derived from user suggestions and support ticket resolutions, it's also a reminder to every single WORKetc user to not be shy - make those suggestions in the forums, and don't hesitate to bring any issues that you think are not quite right in your daily usage of the software to our attention. Global search now includes mobile/cell phones when selecting phone numbers

Email list option "Send to primary contacts if no e-mail address is found for companies." is now available

Fixed: Custom Fields on Quote and Estimates view not showing data

Position search is now available on the contact directory screen. (e.g. "position:ceo")

There are now discrete permission settings for Web Forms and Custom Fields Groups. Because we cannot automatically apply newly invented permission options, any existing users wondering where they've gone will just have to turn them on under Permissions.

Box.com Integration is released. Use the Settings->Apps Integration page to setup. This is an account wide integration so one single setup step will make all your Box.com documents available to all users in WORKetc.

Charges can be marked as non-billable from the Unbilled Charges area.

Create Project Editor shows the "Auto update progress from sub projects" option for setup purposes.

Added Filtered keyword search - any searches from the global search window will respect any existing filters set on that screen
