New required email setting added for compliance with US CAN-SPAM regulations

As a new requirement, users must first configure the necessary CAN-SPAM settings in your email settings before we can send email campaigns for your account. To do so, go to Settings->Email and fill out the information under "U.S. CAN-SPAM Physical Address".



With the sole exception of accounts configured to use their own SMTP server for outgoing email, all accounts must fill out this setting (regardless of account location) due to the following constraints:
  • WORKetc email servers are located in the US
  • There is no way for WORKetc or it's users to guarantee that no email campaigns will be sent to any email addresses located in the US
  • WORKetc must comply with US regulations to maintain this account service to all our users regardless of where they are located
  • Please contact support@worketc.com if you wish to send your emails from your own SMTP server and avoid this requirement
