If you would like to have support tickets only created when emails are sent to your actual business support email, enabling General Correspondence and putting your support email into your customer support settings will override this behavior.

By creating an email dropbox and forwarding all emails to it, WORKetc can create support tickets out of incoming emails, and all communications with a contact that are forwarded to this dropbox will appear on their profile. Enable the dropbox by inputting the email into your Support E-mail address under Customer Support Settings and enabling POP3 E-mail management.
