Overview: The Different Places that Leads Can Originate From#17000:02:38
You can create a lead in many ways within WORK[etc]. You can create a lead using the Create New menus. You can create leads when you import contacts by selecting the tag "Sales Lead." You can have a lead created when a potential customer submits a request via web form by going to Settings > Webform, clicking on the Form Settings tab, selecting the option to "Send to Employees, Leads, or Support Cases", and then editing the email composition and check Send to Leads. You can create a lead manually by going to Sales > My Leads and creating using a quick pop up or full edit view. You can also create leads via email by including "[lead]" in the subject and tags for the fields you wish to include.

Sales Activities is a mini calendar that shows you upcoming Events and ToDo's related to your leads. You can access it by going to "Sales" --> "My Leads" and clicking on the "Sales Activities" tab. Anytime you create a new Event or ToDo it will show here.
