It's probably due to the fact that you're not logged in to the same email address for both Google Apps Email and WORK[etc]. To fix, you'll need to log out of both, clear cookies and then log back in. In addition, you may have also misspelled your domain in "Settings" --> "Manage My Account"--> "Apps Integration". Go there to fix.

How to Remove the WORK[etc] Google Apps Email Gadget from Your Domain#304: Go to "Settings" > "Apps & Integrations" and click Disable. Then go to your Google Apps Console. Then go to the Dashboard and click "Settings" next to WORK[etc]. Finally, scroll down and press delete
