How To Change the Default Language of the WORKetc Console#22100:00:42: You can change your default language settings by going to Settings > My Settings. Click on the Language drop down menu, and select a different language. Once you save changes, the WORK[etc] console will show the selected language.

How to Manage Users Across Multiple Time Zones#200: WORK[etc] utilizes the time zone setting from your machine, so there is nothing you have to set in WORK[etc] around your time zone. The system will automatically update all items in the system so that it shows with the proper time dependent on where an individual is in the world. Just create items in your local time and WORK[etc] will take care of the rest.
