Client Info

We use WORK[etc] to manage WORK[etc]. We wouldn't want to have it any other way quite honestly. All day, every day, our Team are right here inside our admin account, handling customer Support Tickets; creating, updating and completing Tasks; working through internal Projects; sending and receiving Discussions.... but mostly helping YOU.
 
As a WORK[etc] Client/Customer you should be able to view your Support Tickets and some other information directly in our Client Portal. You can register and/or login at https://admin.worketc.com - this is a unique login, and will use the same email address that you use for your own account, but a different password. If you don't know it, request a new one on the login screen.
 
You can view the Status of any Ticket in the Client Portal, and reply from there too.
 
We know that email alone just doesn't cut it sometimes though, and we're always happy to meet up online if it will help. You can schedule an online meeting with one of the Team at https://worketc.com/meet at any time. Do note, however, that initially you will only see availability from 6am to 12noon in your local timezone - just hit the "Afternoon " buitton if you're not an early bird.
